I recall a cartoon by motorsport cartoonist Russell Brockbank showing a flabbergasted tycoon in an opulent office, seated behind a huge desk and in front of an ego wall of trophies and photos of winning racecars, facing a modest but triumphant gentleman clutching a set of blueprints.

The caption reads something like "so you claim OUR world championship-winning car infringes the patent on YOUR Wattel Superwheels 1:64-scale Monster Drag Racer"?
