That was good thanks subby. I'm surprised THEY were surprised to find so much acetobacter.  I'm not, but it is surprising the variety of yeasts found.  The same trend might be found in the manufacture of cheeses but with more decomposed spider mite poop.

I loved micro, got a degree 50 years including grad course in yeasts and molds from a proff who was 75 years old then. Pure old school micro.

Sad: real microbiologists rarely ever get to use a microscope. Its oodles and oodles of tubes, plates  and cells. Stacked high.
