I appreciate the lawsuit, but I was hoping for an actual subpoena of an actual soccer ball and I feel lied to.

One more lawsuit Trump has to pay money to fight. I'm okay with this.

If one of his lawsuits ends up before a Trump appointed judge, I hope Trump tries to remind him that he put him on the bench. I'd really like to see the judge's reaction to having a defendant in a trial tell him what to do.

Wow, this is one of the purest examples of clickbait I've seen in a while.

Headline:
PETER STRZOK SUBPOENAS TRUMP'S SOCCER BALL FROM PUTIN

Actual subpoena:
All documents concerning links between (a) Donald Trump [...] and (b) Vladimir Putin

The following article:
While I was being somewhat facetious in this post's headline about the subpoena including the soccer ball Putin gave Trump on July 16, 2018 - the soccer ball is not known to be a document, even as described broadly by the subpoena

Gyrfalcon: This year is going to be filled with glee.

It's going to be filled with frustration and anger as the things that should be happening don't.

Trump should be convicted and barred from public office for the insurrection - but McConnell is being a hypocritical bag of shiat and won't let it happen even though he wants to be rid of the windbag

This subpoena should result in some interesting reading, but Trump's going to ignore it and nobody's going to force him

His taxes should be released to congressional Dems (like, legally required), but they won't be

Boebert (and probably Cawthorn, Hawley, Cruz, and Greene at a minimum) should be expelled from Congress and probably convicted for anything up to conspiracy to commit sedition, but they won't be

Minimum wage should be raised to $15, but it won't be

$2000 checks should go out to everyone, but they won't

Kellyanne Conway should go to jail for posting nude pictures of her farking 16-year old daughter, but she won't

I'm so farking angry and it's not even February yet.

That already happened a few dozen times between November 10th and January 6th.
Donnie One Term learned a hard lesson about lifetime appointments and how they can kill your leverage.

Yeah. I know, but in the lawsuits coming up, he actually might lose a farkton of money.

McConnell never intended to vote against Trump. He only wanted to give the Democrats hope. He knows how we love that shiat.

We will see. He's running two angles here. First, he is going after what looks like a a defamation/wrongful termination kind of thing... but the other thing he is doing is poking the notorious litigious lump of lipids. But Strzok knows that he can say pretty much whatever he wants because the only recourse the tallowy Trump has is to file a suit, in which case all the aforementioned goodies would again be brought out in the open.

So, I understand that it still feels edgy and above it all to Keenanmeme and all that, but things are happening and have been happening. But you can always try the Giant Douche/shiat Sandwich one for a laugh. Play the classics!

I submitted TFA below this morning but it was redlit.  Really a mistake, imo, this needs MUCH more exposure:

https://www.spytalk.co/p/how-the-kgb-hooked-trump
How the KGB Hooked Trump
'American Kompromat,' a new book by Craig Unger, gets the lowdown from former Russian and U.S. spies

So let me try to answer the question: Is Donald Trump a Russian asset?

I believe the answer is yes, and that what happened between Trump and the Russian state is best understood as a series of sequential, and sometimes unrelated, operations that played into each other over more than four decades.

[...]
Before Trump was brought to Moscow, Shvets says, the KGB in New York City would have conducted a "preliminary evaluation" of his personality based on intelligence from their human assets who had penetrated his circle. That information could have come from a yet-to-be identified handler, or, perhaps, a number of wealthy Soviets who owned and lived in Trump Tower and other Trump properties, and had links to the KGB. After that would have come the professional evaluation, for which Trump would have had to meet with an experienced operative at least three or more times.

"In terms of his personality," Shvets added, "the guy is not a complicated cookie, his most important characteristics being low intellect coupled with hyper inflated vanity. This combination makes a dream for an experienced recruiter."

Long read, but fascinating.

Man On Pink Corner: DemonEater: Kellyanne Conway should go to jail for posting nude pictures of her farking 16-year old daughter, but she won't

WTF?

It was Kellyanne's account, but no one is certain it was her doing:

https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/carolinehaskins1/kellyanne-conway-daughter-claudia-photo-tweet

Twitter has not taken action against Kellyanne Conway, one of former president Donald Trump's top campaign and White House aides, after her account posted a nude photo of her underage daughter Claudia.

The photo, in which Claudia was clearly recognizable, was posted as a fleet, Twitter's version of Instagram stories, in which posts automatically expire after a day.

The fleet was quickly deleted, but not before a number of people on Twitter saw it and reported it to the company. Kellyanne Conway had 3.3 million Twitter followers at the time this story was published.

It's always really amused me how this guy is Fox News Enemy of the People #21193, and all it's loyal viewers hate him with a burning passion... and no one outside that bubble has the first farking clue who he is, because in objective reality, he's kinda meaningless

While it would be nice to see this asshole raked over the coals, does anyone really think it's going to happen? In the last four years how many rich assholes/politicians have got themselves so in deep with twitler that they wouldn't spend their own money for HIS legal defense just to avoid having their own names mentioned in court?

This.
Based on the past 4 years there is no way Donnie can manage wealth.  It wouldn't be surprising at all if foreign money supported his "investments" these past four years.  One also wonders where he is going to refinance hundreds of millions in loans come due in the next 24 months or so, and how he will pay the IRS back (the IRS claims he is in arrears for $100 million).
Remind me again why Donald Trump faces no penalties or prison time for owing $100 million in back taxes?  Why does he get years to argue in court that prosecutors and the IRS can't haul him into court over back taxes?
Also, why can't the wealthy pay taxes on the same tiered scale that the rest of us pay for our wages?

Trump brought unwanted attention?  This guy's own bad behavior is responsible for his negative attention.

A neutral IG (appointed by Obama) found 17 significant errors and omissions in his last investigation.

That could be because he was sleeping with his married co-worker the entire time and constantly texting her about how much he hated the subject of his (supposed to be impartial) investigation.

Or it could be Trump's fault I guess.

The soccer ball is a document

'According to the Adidas website, the near-field-communication chip embedded under the logo "is passive" and can only send out information.'
