Was hoping for a brandishing of a weapon or possibly shoots fired but that works for a response.

It's in Arizona. Lavely & Singer refer to "the former president." I wonder how many busloads of Trumpers will get lost in LA on the way to attack Charlie Kirk's lawyers.

Uhm, the knucklehead lawyer says Toilet Paper USA immediately denounced the violence,.then quoted the CFO who made a statement on the 12th, 6 days later.  That's not immediate unless you wanted to gauge the amount of blowback you'd get by giving your true opinion.

If they used "asshole" it would just fuel the "I'm a conservative victim" fire. "Knucklehead" will, too, in some circles, but it will make them look ridiculous when they try to act horrifically offended by it in the mainstream.

You do know that "Foo, Bar, and Baz, P.C." is the specific form of incorporation used by many professionals - like doctors, lawyers, architects, accountants, etc., right?  As a way of separating personal and professional liability, among other things.

FYI (from Wikipedia):
Professional corporations or professional service corporation (abbreviated as PC or PSC) are those corporate entities for which many corporation statutes make special provision, regulating the use of the corporate form by licensed professionals such as attorneys, architects, engineers, public accountants and physicians. The general category of the PC or PSC can be as S-corporation, C-corporation, or LLC, but with subcategorization as a PC or PSC. Legal regulations applying to professional corporations typically differ in important ways from those applying to other corporations.[1] Unlike a traditional corporation, operation as a professional corporation does not insulate a professional for personal liability for her own negligence or malpractice. The principal reason why groups of professions choose to organize as a professional corporation is that, unlike a general partnership, an owner is not personally liable for the negligence or malpractice of other owners. In some states a limited liability partnership offer the same benefit and thus should be considered as a possible business entity by professionals who are forming a business.
Professional corporations may have a single director or multiple directors. They do not usually afford directors the same degree of limitation of liability as ordinary business corporations (cf. LLP).[2] Such corporations must identify themselves as professional corporations by including "PC" or "P.C." after the firm's name.[1]

Considering the complete lack of social skills, heavy drinking, and willingness to argue even the stupidest point to the death, I am surprised that we are not all lawyers.

Charlie Kirk came up with an excellent grift.  He rebranded the College Republicans and declared himself their king.  Old people who want to believe that someone can make Republicans hip with the young people are willing to give him money to make that true.  It's still just the College Republicans.  Nothing really changed.

Sounds awes... wait, that means I have to work with attorneys?

As a "knucklehead" enthusiast, I love it. "Asshole" can be too abrasive and cliche, whereas "knucklehead" provides the perfect amount of ridiculousness while remaining solidly professional. This gets the HNS seal of approval.

Sorry Karen.  The prosecutor is very busy interviewing your manager, who is spewing your name and various "activities" you have been doing.   At least your manager will be getting a small plea deal, but nothing will trickle down of note.

Yeah, they also characterized the distance from the Ellipse to the capital as"miles".  Nice try but it's less than a twenty minute walk.  It's a mile and a fraction, but less than 2 miles.

"Moreover, because you issued your statement as a press release, it is not protected by any qualified privilege, nor are you personally insulated from liability."

TPUSA is trying to cancel someone? Take away their First Amendment right to speak (to the press, even!)?

Wat even happen to free speach?!
