H Aaron = legend    L King = small timer who stiffed a lot of people in miami and despite being a millionaire, never paid a penny back.

back in the mid 70's, I turned on the TV and caught the tail end of a totally unremarkable day game between the Mets and the Braves.  This is when Aaron was playing for the Brave and Willie Mays was finishing up his career with the Mets.  The post game show, featured Mays and Aaron being interviewed by the Mets announcer.. Ralph Kiner.  Between the three of them they would end up with something like 1700 HR... it was special

In Boston, we had this Sunday night sports recap/interview show with one of the local sports reporters. I caught this one live, beyond once in a lifetime.
