What is it with subway hiring spokes people that insist on shoving 6"s into places they don't belong?

Why so fancy?  I'm sure a Blendtec "Total Blender" would do the job.  After all, if it will blend a leaf rake, it'll handle a Subway sub.

Is it still a sandwich when it doesn't involve bread?
I guess it technically counts as a layer cake.

Judge finds that sugar content of US chain's sandwiches exceeds stipulated limit and they should thus be classified as confectionery
