Marvel comics have been missing a lot lately.

Yeah, Wandavision is great and all, but King in Black? Whatever the fark is going on with the Xmen? Barf.

They REALLY need to stop doing a bunch of crossovers and give the books some time to breathe.  War of the Realms was kinda fun but Empyre? Sheetz.

And really, what the hell is going on with the Xmen? Keep in mind, I'm on the online sub service, so I'm on a delay, but WOW, that shiat has yet to turn a corner.  Some interesting stuff, a lot of crap and a BUNCH of characters who I believe are simply being brainwashed by the Prof's stupid helmet.

I Love, Love, LOVE Marvel Unlimited. It's a complete time machine that takes me back to that innocent era of my life when I couldn't even comprehend concepts like convoluted writing, horrible plotting, and hackneyed cash-grabbing multi-title crossover events that will "change the marvel universe forever".

Just Spidey kickin some bad-guy booty with an occasional team-up with some lucky Marvel hero. Y'know, the good 'ol days.

Now, get off my lawn, true believers.

Excelsior!

RIP, Stan

Dear Disney,

The success of Deadpool came from Ryan Renolds and his writers, not Rob Leifeld. In fact, the success of Deadpool 2 partially came from mocking its own creator.

Marvel does NOT need any of Leifeld or Jim Lee's happy horsesh*t.

I haven't gotten whatever the hell is going on with X-Men since Morrison. It's like they took the jokes about being convoluted as a challenge.

Eh, could have been worse.  It could have been about save the cheerleader, save the world.

It was there in the opening credits of the 1st one too.

Starbucks cup and then something disparaging on the crawl I think

Even the success of Deadpool as a comic character is more attributable to writers who took the original Deathstroke rip off-character Leifeld created and made him into the beloved character he is now.

I'll wait before I judge. Seems like Marvel is out of naming ideas so they did Secret Wars and Civil War II. This heroes reborn may be completely unrelated to the 90's mess. May end up being 10 times worse but eh. Disney money biatches.
