gunsmack: It's a lose/lose situation: the guy gets publicity for his brand that won't exist anymore and PSU gets to remind people that it will attempt to stop copyright infringement, but not a child rapist.

Semi related. The only time I've used Twitter was to tell a musician that PSU was using one of his songs in their commercial - and the name of the song was "Kids On the Run", which seemed like a poor choice. They used it without permission.
