Whenever I see in a movie or TV show where helicopters are flying very low to the ground behind vehicles it bugs the hell out of me because it is so stupid, there is absolutely no point to it whatsoever. Yes, it looks cool but only in a Michael Bay sort of way which means it is the opposite of tactically useful.

There were many things which made one of the later Die Hard movies terrible, the Marine Corps' F-35 being more nimble than a hummingbird while flying around a multiple layered highway just kills me.

I know, you care. You're welcome.

I feel your pain. The vast majority of posts I've made to IMDB are pointing out historically inaccurate bikes. Sure some of them are only in the background for a second or two, but a WW2 era bike would have had rod brakes, not cable pull. I can't even start about inaccurate sail positions vs direction of travel and wind conditions in films because I haven't got all day. Sure, I can suspend disbelief, but not when a genoa is flying and the main is in close haul. You can't NOT see that!

So Klaus got a helicopter pilot's license? That's scary.

...and the collision was most likely not planned.

No farking shiat? I haven't seen a Captain Obvious commercial lately. Now I know why.

I do respect you spotting things that myself and most others would miss which pulls you right out of what is being viewed.

We would probably make for terrible movie watching buddies but the next time somebody tells you to shut up and just watch, give me a call and I'll explain it to them. These things are very important!

This is the song written for the Rally Race

He tried to kill me with a forklift

One of my favorite movie bike fark ups is in the last Indiana Jones flick where the bike The Beef is riding shows it's undercarriage for a second and it's... a Harley Softail. Which didn't debut until
1984. Took my right out of the film. Well, that and the fridge.

Oh sure. Show the encounter. I'd like to see the video that lead up to it.
