There's soooooooo much out there to work with, Southern soul food and traditional African, Jamaican, Indian, and this chicken and waffle joint chose to make..... lasagna.....

Probably not, but I would try it. It goes pretty well with ricotta imo if seasoned right.

It's a themed dinner. You order one meal and something tragic happens to it on the way to your table, so they bring you something else.
