Canada is apparently preparing the invasion while the US is preoccupied.

They signed Michael Brantley, too, apparently because they looked over their roster and decided they didn't have enough second-generation major leaguers.

Apparently the reporters jumped the gun on that one. Deal's not done yet. Not saying it won't be but as of right now it's still up in the air.

The Jays non-tendered Shaw, so this brings them back to 4.

That said, I think the AL east standings at the end of this year will be Yankees, Rays, Jays, Sox, Orioles.
