Pssh, American prisons get notes with two word titles ending in, 'you' all the time!

OK it's cute and all but:

"Of course you will get unhappy clients as well but I'd say the majority of people have calmed down by the time they are placed in a cell and the process has been explained to them."

Ugh. "clients". Ugh. That word gets stretched to near-breaking pretty often anymore, but damn. That's impressively bad.

A jail in Vic is probably a lot nicer than most of the hotels in Northern Alberta

If the prisoners in Canada aren't writing thank you notes, then their jailer's are.

Mounties can get mean too. One of the first African-Canadian mounties in the Saint John was in a club after work, most of the patrons were fisherman. One loudmouth said "Who let the (n-word) in?" The mountie stood up to his 6'4 height and said "The (n-word) let himself in. You have a problem, call the cops. Boy."
Loudmouth settled down when he saw the cops forearms were bigger than his neck.

Is African-Canadian a thing? I had never heard that before. I just thought since it's North America and presumed they started their lineage here the same way African-Americans did so it just carried over.
Learn something new every day.
Thanks.

I've been in both and have to say that the camp food up North is better.

Oh and, that's Langford RCMP (read: redneck) and the writing in that card is not dude writing; redneck cops tend to treat women differently than men.

/didn't mean rape.

I remember they used to sell a t-shirt at a store in Canwest mall that had "Langford" in Def Leppard font. That's still how I describe the place to the unfamiliar.
