Haven't improved their techniques over Giuliani's yet, I see. In front of a judge, I fully expect their usual, "Uh, we don't have evidence of that, your honor, but that's not really what we're claiming here."

Sliding Carp: born_yesterday: In any case, I'm looking into weightless workouts and some equipment I can get cheap (being unemployed and all). COVID isn't just "still going on", it's as bad as it's ever been you goddamn maskless morons, and it's still getting worse. Goddamn, what pieces of absolute sh*t.

A lot of body-weight exercises on Youtube (check out yoga too).  A lot of absolute nonsense on Youtube, too -- be rationally skeptical.  Resistance bands are fairly inexpensive.  If you're moderately handy you can probably make a pretty good balance board.

I've found that the Onnit workouts (for both body weight and kettlebell) are worth the money. The warmup/cool down sets alone made an immediate positive impact on my joints - which was huge cause I sit and slouch all day.

Ahoy-hoy gang. It's a nippy 68 degrees here, wet and windy. I spent 6 hours or so at the office today trying to battle a mountain of "paperwork" after I lost 2 critical full timers to retirement recently and no certainty that the positions can be refilled anytime soon.  Did about the same number of hours on Saturday too.

But now I'm home & catted and watching the tube. Officially back to work tomorrow.
