It's MUMBO sauce, you Philistine!
And it is a staple among condiments.

Prefer condiments without staples.

I have never heard anyone in Chicago call mild sauce, Mumbo sauce. It goes well on anything fried.
/People would buy mild sauce from Uncle Remus on the Westside, when they travel to the Southside to dump it on some Harold's Chicken.
