Trump can't get any ambulance chaser straight out of Sheister University but he's all "I'll get back to you" over Giuliani.

Rudy just wants to get that money. There was 64 days between November 3rd and January 6th. That's, potentially, $1,280,000

So Trump stiffs Rudy out of paying him repeatedly so Rudy thinks if he works for Trump this time he's going to get paid.

As far as I know there are two definitions of insanity.

1) Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result

2) Being Rudy Giuliani

 J. Hogan Gidley tweeted....the disgraceful attack on our Constitution and democracy, known as the 'impeachment hoax.'

Oh dear...J. Hogan, I hate to see you struggle like this. The impeachment is quite real, and has happened for the 2nd time! All that's left is for the Senate to look at the unassailable facts and the guy you are currently fellating will lose all the cool shiat that presidents get, including the paid fellator.

Giuliani said that he wouldn't stop Trump from testifying. I'd call that evidence of legal malpractice right there.

He is going to argue the election was stolen as part of the defense.  I can't see that as working very well, but I am not a lawyer.

(And soon I think Rudy technically won't be one, either.)

"President Trump has not yet made a determination as to which lawyer or law firm will represent him for the disgraceful attack on our Constitution and democracy, known as the 'impeachment hoax.'

We have Trump on video and Twitter inciting the insurrection from even before November 3rd.  There is video on the day of the attempted coup of him giving a pep talk right before everything started going down.  In the legal arena, this is considered a slam-dunk.  There is no "hoax".  Donnie and Co (hopefully) will have a rude f*cking awakening very soon.

Lol, to provide an excuse for why you did it is to argue that you did in fact do it. Bold strategy.

I forgot where I was going with that. It doesn't matter. He's the worst lawyer in the history of layers and history will remember him for that.

Dershowitz will represent him if he gets a pardon for the Epstein related charges. Which will of course make it more likely the Senate will get disgusted and convict him.

Who cares? Giuliani defending him, not defending him, either way he did it, and the people he unleashed his goon squad on will decide his fate. I don't think he's gonna like the outcome.

Donnie deserves a windowless cell in the basement of the prison they send him to.

And Trump totally has it. Probably has 400+million in campaign funds that absolutely can pay legal expenses but he won't.  It's not even his money really and he still won't.

Farkers give no respect for the man who held Trump's Four Seasons press announcement in a parking lot between a crematorium and sex shop.

He warned Farkers and the world when he said Truth Isn't Truth and referenced what a verdict is in the context of American jurisprudence: An Adversarial System.

When most Farkers can't distinguish an adversarial system from any other, like, say, in China, that uses an Inquisitorial System.

After that, he is in a comedy in which the most famous provocateur since Andy Kaufman has 99.999% of the entertainment news reading public believing was an actual expose or gotcha.

Farkers have met older men and women like him before, but forgotten-- he doesn't need money, his health is holding on, and having the time of his life saying and doing the craziest things for the sheer joy of his principles.

Whenever I read anyone say, or worse, write: Objective reality, or Studies Have Shown...

I think of Rudy and smile.

I doubt he'll ever get an impeachment team together, and will instead grift his followers for "legal fees" before cashing out and running off to Moscow before the poopy hits the fan.

If they let Giuliani anywhere near the impeachment trial I'll eat my hat! Trump cannot be that crazy!

His defense was basically: Listen to all the lies we told and please, believe them!!! We spent good, russian funded dollars on these lies! We should get to use them!!!

He might not be able to get even incompetent lawyers to represent him there -- he might just be that radioactive, especially since he won't be president any more during the trial.  He has no quid to give for any quo.  He might have to settle for Rudy, who for some reason continues to follow Trump around despite not getting paid, or acknowledged, or really anything except mocked.
