Sounds like their owners Bain Capital have done what they always do to companies.  Not that clothing companies in general ever have a good track record when it comes to working conditions.

Ackchuyally they lose their pin feathers & their ability to fly in the summer so they don't abandoned their young on golf courses. They get even more assholish during this time (if that's possible)

What I'm hearing is that they're such jerks, they want to abandon their young and evolution had to find a way to stop them.

When my little brother was about seven he pegged one with a snowball and the thing chased him all the way home. He was screaming crying and the goose was honking wings out running after him. He made it in the house and the goose then started doing circles squawking in the front yard.
I remember my mom trying to figure out what was going on but he was still crying and I was laughing too hard to explain.

I don't think geese are so much built as hatched, but I understand your goal.

I bet their sales would increase if they used Canada Geese down/feathers in their coats and added "A Canada Goose was tortured to make this coat" to their advertising.

The lesson to your brother is always put a rock in the snowball before you hit the goose with it.

He specifically alleged watching managers stand behind older workers of colour and scream at them "like teenagers,"saying "'Faster, faster, faster!'" ~ FTA

Yeah, if true that's just awful management both morally and functionally.  I'm a low level manager at a factory and you need the workers to remain productive even when you're not standing right behind them.  You do that by coaxing them into wanting to run good numbers.

Raises for good workers, appeals to pride and potential for promotions will make a person work harder and more efficiently than yelling at them ever will in my experience.  The only times I've yelled at my workers is when there's a safety issue and I need to be sure I'm heard immediately.

Past that, you criticize in private, they're more likely to take it to heart if you tell them in a private conversation than if you shame them in public because people have egos.

/I have stood behind my workers and suggested they simply go faster.
//Only the ones that know me well enough to know I'm farking with them.
///When I tell them I need good numbers on a machine, they know I mean it.
