It's like playing monopoly

Land is a good investment because generally speaking, they aren't making any more of it.

The part along Powerline Road.    My limited impression is it probably would come cheap.

Woah ,Woah, Woah!
So the biggest recipient of Donald Trump's farm subsidies is Bill Gates?

Did Gates trick Q and Trump into paying for us to get micro-chipped?

Gotta have some place to set up the FEMA trailers for the patriotic Americans he plans to put into concentration camps once they've been identified by his COVID-19 tracking chip.

It's going to be funny to see people pushing that nonsense going forward.

They're literally tracking and arresting insurrectionists by their phones.  Please tell me why anyone would need to put a tracking chip in you.

Interesting link in the article to the 100 biggest land owners (not just farmland). Gates is not in the top 100. But Ted Turner is down to #3, with John Malone taking the top spot. Kronke is #6. Sadly, Old McDonald is down to #92.

Pixel_Jockey: Rich guy invests his money. Alert the media!

Rich guy famous for monopoly tactics is nearly capable of embracing and extinguishing America's (and most of the world's) food supply.

FTA: "However, there is some indication that the land could be used in a way that aligns with the foundation's values."  Which is wildly better than the values Bill instilled into Microsoft.  Don't let that Bill anywhere near your food supply.

The farms are growing mind control microchips that are put in the PLANDEMIC vaccines by SOROS and then the lizard people transport them to hospitals where TRUE AMERICAN Patriots are injected by the illuminati!

Great. Now the west side is going to become unaffordable, just like Phoenix proper, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler. I may have to go to ABQ to afford anything to buy.

Wait, Bill Gates is making my food? How many nanobots has he fed me already?!

He's going to use his 5g vaccination to make billions on people on both sides of the Pacific to go up on a diving board and perform the biggest belly flip possible all at the same time.

This will cause a tsunami large enough to wipe out the west coast. Arizona would stand to gain greatly from some beach front property.

Study it out.

That's why I'm investing in long-term seaside volcano futures.

Yes. But Old McDonald has got a scheme.
He is in talks with Y to take a controlling interest in vowels. This will give him leverage everywhere but in certain eastern European countries.

Actually, it is a paranoid delusion that has been making the rounds since at least the 70s but probably the 50s.  Mental illness has a cultural component and "X inserted a tracking chip into me" is a modern American one.  Just like fainting was one in the English speaking Victorian age.  Another example is the 'witches doing horrible things that leave behind no physical evidence' was one in the US from the late 70s to the early 90s.
There is no logic or reasoning behind it, except by the people who are using it to sow chaos and make money.

ecmoRandomNumbers: Great. Now the west side is going to become unaffordable, just like Phoenix proper, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler. I may have to go to ABQ to afford anything to buy.

The outskirts of Buckeye and Laveen are still relatively inexpensive.  But on the other side of the Phoenix metro, you're mostly looking at places in Pinal County like San Tan Valley, Florence, Casa Grande, and Maricopa if you want anything affordable.  Queen Creek has become much more expensive now that it is established.

What really sucks is that cash buyers are gobbling up a large chunk of what little inventory hits the market.  It isn't uncommon to see 5 or more offers on a house with 1 or 2 of them being cash.  Some are families fleeing more expensive states, but more appear to be investors buying up properties for leasing.

Then you have all of those "we'll buy your home" investors that incessantly advertise.  I ended up installing a spam blocker on my phone because I was getting multiple calls and texts each week asking if I wanted to sell my house.  Who knows how many homes they're buying up and keeping after renovations.

There are some non-profit buyers' assistance programs for first-time and low-income buyers in the area, so if you're getting priced out, you might want to look into some of them.
