And if he doesn't know how a dish tastes, he'll be honest about that too. Of the satay sauce beef, he writes: "I still don't have chance to taste it. Looks like I should spend more time eating in my own restaurant."

I literally made stir fry satay beef last week.  Mind you, the satay is *not* the thai dipping sauce that you may find in your western grocery.  It's typically in the Chinese/Viet/etc. grocery and called "BBQ Sauce" in a little can or jar (sacha, sar char, sha cha are some of the names).  Don't ask me why, if you find "Satay Sauce" in the grocery it is usually the thai dipping stuff.  But if you see a "satay" dish on a Sichuan or Cantonese place, it's made with the Chinese BBQ Sauce.

Sichuan restaurant - Will often have satay stir-fry flat noodle and beef...usually with gai lan or yu choy.
Cantonese  - Satay Beef Soup (my favorite Chinese dish)

And General Tso Chicken actually is a Chinese dish. Two in fact. I believe the creator died recently. Neither version is the sweet breaded glop you get at Panda Express.

That IS weird.  Out of all the NA Chinese food place 'errors' there are, bad kerning is pretty rare.
