That's the easy stuff. The really serous charges will take a little more time but there will be plenty.

You can go to the public record for that.

Jon Schaffer and at least a dozen GOP Congress members conspicuously absent.

On the other hand, it would hurt him in his impeachment trial in the Senate.

they are so screwed.

Why would he want to pardon a bunch of undercover antifa super soldiers?

Will the espionage charges be filed in a secret court so the public doesn't know the full extent these Patriots coordinated with hostile foreign powers?

I don't think any of these people have enough money to buy those.

There's a good chance he wouldn't care. Trump** has an addled mind. He doesn't think clearly or consider things the way you and I do.

The value of stigginit one more time could very well outweigh some future consequence that he might not even believe could happen to him, the best and most important person in the world, who wins everything he does.

Because they are all he has left. He lost almost all of his political support that day, he has a handful of treasonweasels left, but nothing like he had last week before the Capitol was invaded.

His base is really all he's got now.

Anybody count them all? Last I heard, they had 80 people on the list, but that was a few days ago...

That list is not as complete as this one:
https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/IV0h3/11/
that also includes people arrested for curfew that day.
"The TV News" just mentioned they have 300 investigations, 98 arrests and are focusing on the most violent offenders at this time.

They failed to kidnap and/or execute the VP and Congress, which means they failed him, which means they are traitors to Trump.

Stigginit isn't really a Trump thing, he's too narcissistic to care about that, since it isn't all about him. They aren't getting pardons.

Everything with Trump is transactional. In his mind, those people are suckers and losers because they didn't deliver a second term for him.

Pretty sure you can include murder there, from what little I know of the United States law.  They knowingy committed an illegal offense and someone was murdered during the commission of that offense.
