Well, for poor people yeah. It's my understanding that for wealthy people, demand is sky high right now. (Yeah, go ahead and forgive the pun.)

I live in a state where cannabis is legal and considered an essential business and apparently business is booming.

The positive effects Hart cites include greater empathy, altruism, gratitude and sense of purpose.

Unfortunately, many Americans do not consider those first three items to be positive attributes.

No, but many do that, in addition to risking their lives and others', to support their alcohol addition.

Perhaps the real problem is the addiction and not the drug.
