Beer trends for 2021.  I will buy some beer and drink it.  This is the same trend as the last 35 years.

Is it 6 different ways to add more hops to IPAs?

*Reads article*

Wait, someone thought removing the alcohol from beer is a good idea?  And IPAs no less?  I'm sorry but no.  There are some I'll tolerate, but with most the only benefit is the abv is so high you lose your sense of taste after the first pint.

Hey! Thanks for using an acronym and not defining it!

Is DTC (Which I presume stands for Direct To Consumer) that well known, or am I just a pedantic moron?

A 12-pack is half a case, and it's what I find way more commonly than full cases.  Looks like this for bottles:

And this for cans:

/and yes, I really thought about stopping after I wrote "a 12-pack is half a case." ;)

I don't know the exact form the shiat show will take, but here goes. Predictions:

"Session" will be put in front of a ton of styles where it has no business being.

In an attempt to stay relevant, someone will try to brew a beer using an ingredient that has no business being in beer and/or will announce "the strongest beer evar!".
