Every day I eat a T-bone steak, a Slimfast shake, and a box of crayons and I haven't pooped in over a month.  Whatever works for you, I guess.

syrynxx: Yeah there are several diet plans which work.  "Slow" carbs rather than low carbs works.  Broccoli, cauliflower, search grocer freezer for blends which taste almost like mashed potatoes.

I have a pepperoni-sausage pizza in the oven. :/

The_Homeless_Guy: maddog2030: I've lost 48lbs since July eating no carbs, very little sugar and all the meats and vegetables I want. I have a veritable barnyard in my freezer with cuts of every animal fit to cook. What ever works for you I suppose.

30 here and the wife lost 50 doing the same thing. Covid made it easy as we had to cook anyways.
