I can only imagine how frightening parties are at The Federalist.

The Federalist Society is a group of conservative lawyers that have been recommending judges to the GOP.

The Federalist is a MAGA-loon publication run by Ben Shapiro.

They are very different entities.

Don't forget their affirmation of the Second Amendment in songs like "Paul Revere".

The right to party does not come from the Constitution. It is an inherent right of all.

They can party maskless.  Stack the bodies up like cordwood.  Go right ahead.  The more dead Trumpers the better.

Whatever happened to abstinence?
Why do you push abstinence from sex for everyone else but you're incapable of self restraint from drinking in bars and shopping?

By now you know it doesn't farking work like that, and the more of them who get infected the more we are ALL at risk, since they're also out at the same stores and are delivering our food and working in our government offices and are in our classrooms and on and on and on.

They don't like on some isolated island where we never see them, they live next door to us. The more of them who are infected, the more the rest of us are at risk, especially since they're more likely to be reckless and selfish in their actions.

They're both wholly-owned Astroturf subsidiaries of the same GOP oligarchs, so they're really not that different.

As with everything else conservative, they are fighting for what they believe the constitution says, not what the actual constitution says. Soo to them, it's entirely possible that the beasty boys album is the constitution.

Hey Republicans
Your world is an ashtray
We burn and coil like cigarettes
The more your cry your ashes turn to mud
The nature of the leeches
The virgins feeling cheated
You've only spent a second of your life
My world is uneffected

If I may, just as the abstinence thing is so they may call you a sinner and keep you down and needy once you've been denied the right to an abortion, partying provides implicit agreement to go out and get yourself good and covid'd of your free will so you can't later blame your employer or refuse to work in unsafe conditions.

These stupid 'freedoms' or 'rights' are all about exploiting you.

Umm... The right to happiness is literally the right to be happy.

Places like Canada have the right to Peace, Order, and Good Government, POGG, because our founders realized the USA's right to the Pursuit of Happiness left big huge gaps that meant short term thrills at the expense of the long term interests that good government ensures.

Seriously, if you did some comaprative law, you'd see that much of the common law world decided the USA chose the "right to party woo Franklin loves his ether bongs" over the right to be protected from a plague. We foresaw this flaw and legislated against it in our constitutions.

You're precisely correct, the phrase "the right of the people peaceably to assemble" never occurs in the constitution or its amendments, and the courts have never once decided anything ever regarding it.

This is brand new legal territory that's been unexplored, until now.

These Republican sinners are failing to love their neighbors for the sake of greed at all costs.

I'll see them in Hell.
Satan hired me for a management position and I get to rule over every killer I post about online.

Somebody recently tried to accuse AdRock of being a misogynist b/c of that  song. I was like "Kathleen Farking Hannah married him. I'm pretty sure he's cool."
