Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
The way Jones acts towards Willy just gives me asshole vibes. My proto-feminist spouse and her friend, who I thought would hate it, however, lapped it up. Women, go figure.

The stabbing scene at the end of Saving Private Ryan. The helplessness, the German soldier talking quietly and shushing his victim. Hard to watch.

As for a movie scene that made me cringe out of its sheer stupidity and awkwardness, think of the bad boy Peter Parker in Spider-Man 3. Who the hell thought this was a way to show he had been corrupted by an evil entity?

As a young boy, Cat People scared the hell out of me - the blood, flowing under the door!

It wasn't cringe-making, but it was very odd.  It was in an English movie called "This Happy Breed", and the scene took place as a family moved into a new house (in the 1920s, I think, if it matters).  One of them, the mother or aunt IIRC, was busy buttering the cat's feet (on the soles).  No mention of it, but they showed this, didn't refer to it later or anything.  I looked that custom up later, and apparently it was a sort of home remedy to keep the cat from returning to the last house.  The theory was that the butter would annoy the cat, and while it cleaned it off of the tasty butter, the cat would become acclimated to the new place - it sort of made the cat 'stop to think' or something.
Anyway, it was kind of weird.

I'd say that scene in Bay's TMNT where Megan Fox is rambling to Whoopie like a crazy conspiracy theorist. Sooo cringe.

But then I've outed myself as having watched Bay's TMNT. Please know I was on a veeeery long international flight and the movie pickins were slim.

All of "First Knight". A movie so bad that a flashback of a young boy watching everyone in his village being burned alive in a church brought nothing but laughter from the audience.

Nothing in particular comes to mind, but I get cringey in any scene where I know a character is walking into an embarrassment before it happens. I generally get uncomfortable and pace around. My wife thinks it is hilarious. I'm otherwise a regular, adult male with no issues.

/wait, watched Hateship Loveship the other night. Main character thinks she's been romantically messaging a guy, it's all been a hoax, she travels a few hundred miles to meet him. Obviously, he's oblivious. I was wrecked for her during the buildup.

The scene where Harry and Hermione harvested Dobby's organs was hard to watch.

And seemed a little out of character, honestly.

I can't watch movie violence stronger than PG-13 and I used to be quite a gore fan with Fangoria magazine and Tom Savini worship, etc.

Some years back I lost three former students and a coworker to violent deaths and suddenly none of that shiat was fun anymore.

I don't think I've ever seen an April o'Neill who was ever any good at her job. You don't expect Pulitzer material from the cartoon version, but even in the 1990 movie she had no idea how to do investigative journalism.

At least that version had the sense not to pitch what she couldn't prove, though...

Movies like "Sense and Sensibility" are fun to watch when you get to the moments where you the viewer know something the characters don't... and then you cringe for their sakes when the object of their affection arrives/departs with someone else.

Well, it sounds like it was a little out of one character anyway
