The gusts were so strong that one hit me hard enough to make me leap forward, I actually turned around to see if someone pushed me.

For the first time in a decade, the occupant of the home, known for his alcoholic binges, managed to walk through the entire home without running into the furniture.

"Climate change tourism." Go do it. You know you want to. Go ahead--I'm not enough of a loser to do it, but you are.
Disaster capitalism is the wave of the future. Don't miss out. Get another piece of the planet that you helped kill NOW.

Why demolish it? There's always gonna be some yuppie with cash to burn who'd buy it for 600k.

The commute home last night was like a real life videogame.  Lots of giant branches falling so I needed to speed up, slow down, or swerve to avoid them.  At one point it got so bad I picked up a hooker to get my health back.  Then I drove my car toward a cliff and dove out with the hooker still in the car at it landed in the harbor.  I used a code to make the cops stop chasing me and I got home about 7:00.

So some house flipper took out one too many interior walls to create an "open floor plan" so he could sell each floor as a condo for $800k?

Raze it and make it a community garden.

Was it Chappaquiddick? You're supposed to leave her in the car.

I'd laugh, but that's about right for Somerville.

I'll be honest, I saw "tourist attraction" "Slummaville" and "blow" and a leaning house was not the first thing that came to mind.

//yeah yeah, Somerville isn't the same as it used to be, I know, I know

I had just a tree TOP that big fall during the storm and the wind was so loud, I never even heard it.  The wind blew it end over end and it landed about 40 from the tree it broke off of.  Sadly, it mashed one of my black raspberry trellises.  That's the fourth tree I'll have to clear this year alone.  No climate change, my ass!

55-65 mph wind?  THAT's all?
Good lord...we get that several times a year out here in flyover country in the midwest.
Even higher during a tornado  LOL.

Old, imposing-looking, right-leaning, damaging to things around it, and completely useless.  Why does this seem familiar?
