So what type of toll does contracting covid do short and long term? Please do try and be a tiny bit thoughtful when writing these "ME, ME, ME" articles.

It's just a couch to the left.
And the remote on the right.
Turn on Netflix.
And watch everything in sight!

I also use a jump rope for cardio. It spikes your heart rate big time and after you have been doing it for a while, your resting heart rate drops. It has helped with anxiety, sleep and that feeling of having muscles awake and alive.

I'm just here to blame the individuals who are now struggling to maintain a routine in the face of the mass-scale technological systems and environments that helped to facilitate the pandemic.  You have nobody to blame but yourself for the course of human events which led to the disruption of your physical, mental, and psychological faculties.

Anyway, time to go lift weights.  Hearing there is an actual coronavirus down at the gym, getting swole in someone's lungs right now, gonna punch it right in the goddamn face.

My ceilings are too low for jumping rope - so I do it without the actual rope. I also walk/jog in place and lift weights. If there's a will, there's a way. The problem is lack of will.
