Don't you draw to start a shootout?

Everything is scary and deserves the death penalty according to some people.

Grandma packing heat doesn't sound like a good idea at all. How is her vision? Can she see more than 50'? If not, she shouldn't be armed.

Fortunately, after her felony conviction, we won't have to worry about her getting another gun.

OR DO WE????

Police say Blough fired several shots at the vehicle, striking it as it attempted to leave the area.

I guess just taking a picture of the license plate and calling the cops doesn't occur to the average 74-year-old.

when we lived in Galloway Ohio USA the two times people smashed into parked cars near our street they both tried real hard to start their engines and take off. that must be standard procedure these days.

I dunno man I see you folks piling on the older lady but to me the drunk driver should have been charged heavier and the older lady should have been charged leaner.  There seems like maybe there's more to it right? Like maybe the younger woman dated a cop or the older one has a history.

For the sake of fairness, let's just stone them both to death.

Right?
But.
Maybe, that is how it should be?
This big truck got really close to me and it entered the convenience store and as I exited the convenience store parking lot.
No I personally seem to POV of a truck and considering how close he got to me I did disappear from his view momentarily.
Knowing that startled me.
Should I stay there for a moment mad Dogging him.
and this made him walk over to me without a mask across the parking lot and to the end of the convenience stores property where I was standing on the sidewalk next to the street.

I repeatedly asked him to not get any closer cuz he didn't have a mask.
He then asked me what was wrong with me.
My answer to that was how would you like to be ran over?
He proceeded to get really irate and wanted to fight me.
So I crossed the crosswalk and then he started calling me the p word and that I was some kind of scaredy cat.

I'm not a scaredy-cat I tried to tell him I just have no interest in catching a virus unnecessarily and you're not wearing a mask I told him.

What do you seem to really really irate I walked off and he again passed me in his truck instead of getting gas he jumped in his truck passed by me and haunt as I was in the second crosswalk.

I think we're in the point in history where each of us should have just shot each other all things considered.

I should have shot him for walking so close to me without a mask and for getting so close to me with his car guaranteeing that I was in his blind spot.

and I guess he would have shot me because he didn't like me telling him that he was wrong to do that.

You might be able to shoot people for stealing your property you can't really shoot people for destroying your property

While I emotionally agree, morally I cannot see DUI as a capital offense.
Treating it in court like attempted murder is fine by me, though, because that's what it boils down to.

That sounds suspiciously like something a total nutjob would say. Let's say she wasn't drunk(hypothetical situation here)...what if she had a stroke or was about to go into a diabetic coma and was trying, in her addled state, to get to the hospital... should she be murdered for that? Because as far as the shooter knew at the time, it could have been that, or many other situations, and not alcohol. Ol granny pop-a-cap wasn't shooting to protect, she (most likely) just wanted to avenge the destruction of her property. fark that weak minded reactionary shiat.
The moral of the story is: when you defend pieces of shiat, you become one.

Don't be shiat.

The driver should be charged with dui or equivalent, reckless driving, destruction of property, and fleeing the scene. The old lady, who was in no way defending herself or anyone else, would be charged with attempted murder in a just world. It's pretty well established that you can't just shoot people for fleeing a crime scene...

He wanted to fight. I don't fight people. Period. Doesn't matter what it is about. I'm not getting into a violent confrontation with anyone for any reason whatsoever.
so if you think you can assault me good luck with that you will die or I will die but someone's going to die I don't get in fist fights.
What the f++k is wrong with you people?
I'm not oblige to get into the physical confrontation with you because you have some kind of emotional issue about being told you're incorrect.
attempt to get into a physical altercation with me will result in your personal death end of the f++king story.

That is not what happened.

He placed me in his blind spot.
When a truck is that tall we're talking minimum of 4 ft if not 6 ft up the ground. There is a blind spot when you turn same thing with a bus when you're standing at an intersection and the bus turns on from one part of the intersection to the other part of the intersection the bus driver cannot see you standing there at the crosswalk.

Walking the entire distance of the convenience stores parking lot and onto the sidewalk at the very farthest distance away from the front door of the convenience store is not walking over to me.

His body language and cursing made it quite obvious he wanted to get into an altercation

In fact the only reason I cursed in my reply to him about what my problem was is because he was cursing

Never mind repeatedly asked him to stay away from me because he didn't have a mask.

I saw these three men attempt to beat up this man just because he threw a rock through a car window

I keep on telling you man you can keep him from leaving but you can't touch him and he sure as hell can't knock him to the ground
at the end of the day the day you called the police they're on their way you know what he looks like you can follow him since he's on foot but there'sn't any reason to get in a physical altercation with the man because he broke a car window

I would contend most people should not disagree with me.
if you're disagreeing with me you probably don't understand what I'm saying.
or you have misunderstood my logic.

With a few caveats:
I lean far to the left for the most part.
I am pro privacy. I think we should support women fully in family planning. And the government should have no say on what a woman does with her body. Or what anyone does with their body for the most part.
anyone disagreeing with me, might, have missed that I asked a question. I ask questions in order to cause people to see the insanity of our current policies and or beliefs.
Just be on the lookout for question marks.

Or
Maybe you lean far to the right?
