I'm eating pancakes right now. And it's morning but it's for dinner.  So, kick, n at.

Only with eggs and bacon. Otherwise, not a meal for those over age 10. I realize the author mentions that she uses a high protein pancake mix, but c'mon. That's still not a meal.

I made sour dough pancakes for lunch today.

Wonder what cost per gram of protein can calories is vs traditional proteins. Or hell even Whey.

*limbers up for the inevitable maple vs table syrup melee*

I don't mind this. Just use them in place of bread for any meal

I have never understood the appeal of pancakes. If I want to get maple syrup to my yap, I'll drink it from the bottle as god intended.

I avoided pancakes for years, as they were empty calories that would soon leave me hungrier than before. But the Kodiak mix packs enough protein that it keeps me satisfied for a while. And they're tasty.

I'm not against a buckwheat pancake.  ONE.

Like once a year.

Pancakes are good any time, so....

I made pancakes every Thursday for 10yrs with one family. News got around their school  friends and somehow I'd end up making them for 10 kids. French toast upon request.😉
I still go to make them on Thursdays

Just reading that made me feel sick. I'm diabetic, and I know how I would feel after eating four pancakes with syrup. Sigh.

I don't eat breakfast in the morning but breakfast for dinner is something I've added to my rotation recently. I haven't done pancakes. it's usually an omelet or a skillet of some kind.

I don't get the time or season rules people impose on food.
If I want scrambled eggs for dinner, beer for breakfast, or beef stew in the summer, why do people care?

Breaking News: You can eat any edible thing at any time as long as you have access to it.

Pancakes for lunch? Possible.
Cereal for dinner? Possible.
Beef stroganoff and a glass of red wine for breakfast? Possible.

Now if you need me, I'll be eating a Chicago style pizza with pineapple for elevensies
