(ESPN)   The Cleveland Browns will be at least .500 for the first time in 13 years and for only the third time in the last 25 years. It has been weird not using the fail tag to submit Browns headlines   (espn.com) divider line

Just enough to ruin their draft so they can more quickly regress to the mean (zero).

They could still end up with a Perfectly Balanced Season.

Umm...they've been above .500 all season, Sadmitter.

I guess you mean above .500 in December or past week 4.
It'll be funny if they get 10 wins and miss the playoffs. AFC is stacked.

Losing to the Titans next week and then the Ravens would make this scenario likely.
Saving grace is having PIT week 17 who may be playing for nothing. However they may need a win to lockup the lone bye over KC.

They almost Clevelanded the game today. They almost lost to Jacksonville, FFS.

Not really. Cleveland ran out the clock to end the game.  Jacksonville was playing from behind the majority of the game.  The score was close but Jacksonville was never in a position to win the game.

Sorry, but no.  They still have the Giants and Jets on the schedule.

Unless COVID cancels those games, or the rest of the season, they have a good chance of finishing with a winning record.

Seems kind of fitting for 2020

Cleveland must be Peanut Butter, because the Jets are jelly.

Mayfield needs 20 more starts to pass Tim Couch, then it's 46 more to pass Kosar.

Difficulty: They're still The Cleveland Browns.

While I hope to see 10 Ws, it can go south in a hurry.

On the other hand, the Baltimore COVIDs might be in the shiatter for the game 2 weeks from now and give the Browns yet another W.

Depending on further factors, the Stealers might even put the second string in for the last game of the season and give the Browns another W.  Hell, depending on where the wild cards land, that might be the best move for them.

There's even a route that ends up with the 12-3 Browns taking on the 13-2 Stealers to determine who wins the division vs the wild card, or even the #1 seed.  This is still 2020, and Satan has all the hedge fund managers in Hell, I'm sure he's ready with the long underwear and ice skates.

I love that every time you play us, it's your Super Bowl and look at you as a speed bump.

They played two good teams and got blown out.   They still have those two teams plus the Titans and two easy games.   10 or 11 wins is likely, depending on the Ravens' situation.

The reffing was awful today, but it hurt the Jags more than the Browns, since it almost got two of their players killed.   Yardage-wise, the refs hurt the Browns more.

They will not risk a perfect season by sending scrubs to play the Browns.   This strategy didn't help the Colts in their quest for a Super Bowl ring.
