Damn, this is a good one!

To "beat" it, stare at a corner and pretend its an axis of rotation, then let your peripheral vision take in the rest of the shape.  Possible to track the actual movement that way.

That's a good one.

My favorite one is adaptive opponency.

First, fix your vision on the center of this spiral.  Count to 100.  When you're done, cast your gaze on the nose of the subject in the next image.
