I was going to snark on his hobby but it seems he's amazingly good.

There was someone in my neighborhood who used to do this each year, only with real pumpkins that he grew himself. I think he had a few helpers, but they did close to 100 each year. It stopped several years ago. I guess he got too old, but it was nice while it lasted.

I wonder if a person could use resins used to stabilize wood to turn a pumpkin into a Frankenstein.
