People love cheap shiatty trucks.

I would say "this is my shocked face" that the company that makes the cheapest truck during a used vehicle shortage has rising stock. But that would be a lie.

Ford has the cheapest truck?

Ford's trucks are about the only thing the company has going for it. The F series is the best selling and most profitable line in the US.

Bleh, don't get me started.  Work has a small fleet Escapes, and the ones with the crappy 1.5t 3 bangers.

Told the bean counters we needed something with a lot of ground clearance, 4wd, and enough grunt to get up to high way speeds from short construction exits.  What they heard was "we want Kiddo's First Crossover".

So, buy yourself a real truck.

Shhh. Farkers hate on any success. Especially if Trump is in office.

Jeez, Were there even any straws to draw for this thread, or did you want to give it the kitty litter treatment all on your own?

You're the only one to mention Trump, champ.

Plus, its not as if Fords are only sold in the US. I've been looking to trade in my '11 Explorer for a new Expedition, and there aren't any out here in Western Canada.

I hate Trump and am happy to hear Ford made a lot of money.  I think Farkers just hate American car companies.

I agree the the Escapes are crap now but the best rig we ever had was an 04 Escape. 6 cyl had tons of power and when it wasn't awd, it was front wheel drive. Once my wife was done using it as a family rig I put it to its test. Any and all off roading I could throw at it and it was awesome. Unfortunately, they changed style and were more like Nana's rig after 05.

Yes... Drop $25-30k of my own money on a truck, insure it myself, then take it onto active construction sites.  Why haven't I done that already?
