(Law and Crime)   With news of the loans DB relieved for the Donald, it's probably worth remembering his banker was Justice Kennedy's son. Which is surely a total coincidence   (lawandcrime.com) divider line

It's why Hunter Biden is a thing.

They're banking on people to be too stupid to realize the difference, or that they will assum BSAB so vote Republican.

I mean... they're not necessarily WRONG...

Let's see who ends up in prison.

So $250 million is the going rate for a Supreme Court seat?

2020-10-28 8:44:49 PM
Well then Justice Kennedy must RECUSE himself from any future cases involving Trump IF he believes in law and order. If he does not believe in Law and Order, he MUST be removed.

/pretty simple really

With other's selling their souls as traitors for less than the price of a new low-end minivan, someone paid WAY too much for that.

Wait, I'm lost.  DB Cooper is alive and giving loans to the Donald?  Just how much did he get away with from that plane?!?

So kennedy - the supporter of treason and rape - helped trump get a loan.  How does this change the fact that kennedy is a supporter of treason and rape?

Sooner rather than later we're going to have to start cutting off heads.
Just saying......

Who paid for what now?

Well you have to add interest since it happened in 2005. You know cause everyone knew Trump would be President then.

I'm trying to work that out too. Maybe Kennedy did some dodgy stuff to get the loans dealt with, and Trump turned around and said, "I get the SC seat or the banker gets found out, and not by the fed"?

Supreme Court Justice Kennedy suddenly retired effective July 31, 2018.

Let's use THAT date.

I think it's widely considered that Trump and Co. saved Kennedy's stupid-ass son (sound familiar) and set him up good for the future. Kennedy, with no scruples whatsoever, retired to give the seat to Kavanaugh.

I had this very argument last night with a high school friend who happened to work at DB at one point.  He rationalized the whole thing away (or so he thought) especially using that "2005 is way before 2018" angle.

I said "DB also had a giant 600M (iirc) penalty levied against it for a 20B russian money laundering scheme that was being adjudicated."

Correct, however he offset it with business losses (surprise, surprise) and used a 2008 law to defer and amortize loan forgiveness "income." It's on the up-and-up as long as his business losses were legit.

Kavanaugh was Kennedy's old clerk, and Kennedy supposedly suggested Beer Bro as his replacement. Then Beer Bro had his mortgage and $500k in debt paid for. Something fishy went on there and if the Dems want a quick and dirty solution for undoing Trump's justices, Beer Bro is the best place to start. Based on all the shady crap surrounding his appointment, I don't think it will be hard. Maybe not enough to impeach him in the Senate, but enough to make him resign in disgrace before it gets that far.

Agreed. I think he ALMOST got to that point during the confirmation hearing, judging by his demeanor, but blackmail of some sort made him keep going. Unproven sexual impropriety was an unfortunately weak argument against him, even if compelling, but without a full investigation that was all the Dem's had at the time.

Kavenaugh should be VERY afraid of a blue tsunami.

I'm guessing Putin has something on Kennedy's son, and threatened 45* that if he didn't get Kennedy off the bench then he would release the peeeeeeeeee tape. That's three stolen supreme seats. ah ah ah ...

And this is why Biden MUST unapologetically pack the courts.

Agree, but the Dems need to have the guts to investigate and nothing in their history suggests even a strand of intestine among them.

What classified information do you think Jarrod was loading up on in 2017? He was playing J. Edgar Hoover and collecting compromising information on anyone that might not back Pinocchio 100%.

Probably. It's the Soviet way. Dig it a little at a time, encouraging law-breaking in the mean time. Any law-breaking for them, however, isn't seen as a merit for their cause, but rather as blackmail. Little by little is how it's done.

That could very well have been how the gears turned.
