Meanwhile, non-college educated women, who, incidentally, know way more about "things" than any college educated woman, are flocking to Trump.

There's a key word here that keeps popping up when it comes to the majority of those who are fleeing Trump -- women or otherwise: "Educated."  It overlaps to a significantly major degree with the "Educated people who never voted for Trump in the first place" circle in the Venn diagram.  Trump, being a drooling idiot himself, only truly appeals in whole to the similarly stupid whose only required knowledge of the alphabet are the letters "U", "S", and "A", or so they told that teachin' lady.  Anti-intellectuals that tend to have religious, jingoistic, and Trump-humping bumper stickers plastered all over their vehicles, American flags in their front windows, and more guns in their closet than forks in their drawer.

If there is any justice in the world, it'll be so goddamn nice to have a smart, kind, cogent, and well-spoken human being back in the White House next year.

College educated women know the dangers of fungus and various infections.

I have a trumpanzee acquaintance who considers herself college educated.

Got her CPA then MBA. Then stopped learning. because hey, got my "degree" I'm smart now.

Never tried to learn a god damned thing since 19-farking-80.

Imagine that.

There are a few shames in America.

It is a shame if you cannot go to college.

It is a shame if you cannot graduate from college.

The greatest shame of all is if all you can do is graduate from college.

There you go, using words like cogent.

The college-educated female Trump voters I knowhavn't changed their minds in the least.

North Carolina is part of the fast-changing South, fueled by an exodus to the Sun Belt and an influx from declining manufacturing hubs of the Midwest. The North Carolina suburbs that once were havens for conservatives are seeing Democrats seeping into their cul de sacs and faux farms.

Happy talk?

If a Trump voter were capable of changing their mind, they wouldn't be a Trump voter.

You should write a strongly worded letter to her alma mater.

Maybe he just needs to beg to them more.

They should be happy to see their husbands go back to work anyway right?

Trump is overly emotional and his voice is grating. He simply doesn't have the temperament to be a representative but no businessman does.

I can say that with certainty because there's still businesses that are trying to intimidate people into voting for Trump and other businesses leaders are keeping tight lipped instead of condemning those dangerous assholes.

Trump reflects poorly on all business interests. That tarnish is permanent and on all businesses.

This is a symmetrical reaction to how people spoke about HRC and women in 2016. It turned out those were accusational confessions from Trumpers all along. They deserve the stigma, they earned it.

The fact that they were with him to begin witj tells me they need a farking refund on that "education".

Has the Trump campaign tried a firm slap on the buttocks and complimenting their figure? What's with these broads, they don't even get excited when you tell them you're working on making sure "the help" won't be moving into their neighborhood

My Pet Theory:

Ostensibly 'Christian' Women will gladly publicly proclaim to be (and vote) 'Pro-Life' when it's expected by their families and communities so long as the elimination of Reproductive Freedoms remains an abstract remote theoretical possibility

With Judge Covid on Judge KegRape being on SOCUTUS, that possibility becomes much more real.

Thus, these women will be more likely to stop voting against their own interests once in the privacy of a voting booth

With Trump's appointment and GOP confirmation of ACB to SCOTUS, educated women realize that Trump and the GOP wants to shove them, barefoot and pregnant, back into the kitchen where they greet their husband from home from work every night, wearing a dress and high heels with a martini in hand, i.e. The "Leave It to Beaver" ideal.

Trump and the GOP don't see women as human beings, they see them as a walking uterus.

I recall one of the few women in the GOP had a seminar after the 2018 primaries about how to attract more women voters. Her very first talking point was to focus on non-college educated women. Right off the bat they were like "Go after the dumb ones"

The college-educated female Trump voters I used to know may or may not have changed their minds. However, a couple of years ago they made it clear they were fine with Trump kidnapping children from their parents and locking them in cages to be physically and sexually abused because "their parents shouldn't have tried to bring them here illegally here in the first place", so I'm done with them. Even if they hate Trump now, it's because they got personally hit by Trump's maliciously inept response to COVID. Leopards ate their faces. They were fine with cruelty against children, so fark them.

If only those women knew how good life could be if they'd stay barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen, making sandwiches for their husband in an idyllic suburban life free from the intrusion of minority households.

College educated doesn't mean you are an intelligent, decent human being.   If it did, college educated women wouldn't have voted for him.

Women have been bailing me n the GOP/Trump the last several elections. Trump was mainly elected by white men.

If anything, 2016-2020 proves the truth to "Evil succeeds when good people do nothing to stop it"

Now the good people have risen up and continue to rise, dancing, from the earth with joy in their hearts ready to do battle against the greed, anger and stupidity that prevails in the world.

(I might be high right now)

I hope so. These women are also very racist, but I think four years of gross hectoring and whining has also gotten to them.

I'd like to hope NC could go for Biden, but the GOP is so corrupt down there, if anyone can find a way to steal an election, they will.  That stupid bathroom bill passed the first year I was there and we bounced the governor out of office, so the GOP just stripped the gov. office of as much power as they could before Cooper took charge.

I also remember Hillary being up at one point and the radio talking about votes in Durham still needing to be counted.  Durham is definitely a blue county (she crushed him there by almost 100K votes).  Then all of a sudden, a bunch of Trump votes materialized and he ended up winning the state by just over 173K votes.  Maybe it was legit, but it sure felt sketchy that night.  Of course, everything to do with Trump just feels sketchy.

If college-educated women were supporting him before, it proves that a college education isn't worth a fark.

You realize that "college-educated" includes liberty university, Oral Roberts University, all the Bible colleges and for profit colleges too, right?

HerptheDerp: If a Trump voter were capable of changing their mind, they wouldn't be a Trump voter.

Fortunately this isn't actually true.

Some people are true believers and they will never change.  But enough people voted for Trump in 2016 because they just weren't paying that much attention and he was a kind of theoretical blank slate to which people could pin their hopes.  It was still an incomprehensibly stupid vote on their part, but enough people voted for him who were not all the way into the cult that there is a good who were subject to having their minds changed.
