I ... fail to see a problem with this?  Apart from the astronomical price I mean (which you'd expect from hoity-toity restaurants anyway), it looks pretty good.

Well, the cynical side of me says that pizza dough is probably cheaper and easier than the traditional puff pastry.

The optimist side of me says, the pizza dough might have a really nice texture and be a very scrumptious bite, indeed.

I'd prefer a normal Beef Wellington. But I'm far from England and my passport is out of date. But I was compelled to share my opinion!

While I like some of Ramsey's cooking shows (not the stuff where he just shouts at people), I often find his recipes are overly complicated.
