Digne sent off for that, and rightly so regardless of intent.  The leg of Walker-Peters could have easily snapped from that.

Can't make fun of any Newcastle players today, and no making fun of any Gunners today (at least as far as I am concerned, even if I am hoping the Arsenal "defense" doesn't do their usual vanishing act today).

Really?

I remember I only found out about that because Andy Gray got shunted off FIFA.

Same way I found out about Perro Bermudez retiring from full-time commentary because his color commentary partner took up an office gig with Club America. Fernando Palomo's good, but he's not Perro.

Just before her first game Keys (while his mic was still hot) told Gary that they had better get someone down there to explain the offside rule to her.
Gray came back with "Women don't understand the offside rule."
There was a massive furore over it in the media. Keys resigned & Gray was fired.
Keys apparently called Sian to apologise & then, when she'd been interviewed in a paper or mag (can't recall which) & explained that he'd called to apologise, he denied it. It was all so stupid & that's why they both work at BeIN where nobody watches & she gets a regular PL gig along with WSL gigs & international women's games gigs.
I've seen her interviewed a few times now & she's really cool. Very calm, knows her stuff, knows she's human & not infallible just like the male officials.
