Well, yeah.
Like I've been saying.
We have known officially for over 2 years that Russia and China have launched satellite killers and worked on ground based lasers to disrupt or incapacitate satellites.
What I am saying is that a new arms race in space has begun.
Trump announcing a space force thingy without a cohesive plan has accelerated the process.

Let's at least hope for the Interstellar Alliance.

Armchair_Invective: The article talks about war in space? that's a joke.  Star Wars coolness aside, with our current stone age technology, war in space would be like two guys in dinghies using grenades at point blank range.  Typical that in a space economy - which in the long run would bring a wealth of resources and industrial processes for peaceful expansion - the first thing Americans think of is a new type of gun they can carry in their pants.

A war in space is as easy as shooting up a couple of satellites. We would no longer have 'space' to play and navigate around but some country would say they 'won'

Catlenfell: Fortunately, it looks like we might get through 2020 without the US leaving NATO.

Shhhhh! You can't go around saying things like that out loud. 2020 will hear you.

In my defense I tried to get the Gif, not the youtube clip, which would've been better in the case. I don't know how to post Gif but should've  just gone with the youtube.

No snark, an honest foul up on my part.
