It's not just to make it 'uncomfortable', although that's certainly a plus (particularly in places with long lines of people who might get discouraged and go home). If it's during instructions, people might miss a step, which will be used as an excuse to throw the ballot away.

Republicans know that they cannot win on the issues, because Republican ideology is toxic, destructive and devoid of anything worth salvaging.

now, a millwall brick is also free, if'n you got enough newspaper boxen around.

which one will break auto window glass better?

the state of PA had said, if you had applied for a mail ballot, but didn't receive it by 10/6, they would simply print a new one - but that was only for the early voting, I believe. otherwise when they try to reconcile from the voter rolls, normally you'd only be allowed to mark a provisional ballot, but now color me 100% clueless.

PA registrations closed on 10/19. Philadelphia early-voting closes Tuesday 10/27.

farking go vote, PA+Phila farkers <3 <3 <3 if we weren't living in a plague-era, I would invite all of youse (to use my wife's philly vernacular, lol) over to 3monkeys or Maggie's or the Ashburner, and stand you as many rounds as humanely possible. or humanly possible. whichever comes first.

tintar: phalamir: thorpe: Badmoodman: Pretty sure that's voter intimidation.

I'm not sure it's intimidation so much as election interference.

Yet, but what are you going to do?  Call the cops and have them start killing the people trying to vote?

what color are the people though it only works one way

Oh, the Klazis were quite happy to kill [racial slur]-loving race-traitors that showed up with the Freedom Riders.  So, the NYPD gunning down white Democrats is simply a normal part of their culture and heritage.

One can interfere with voters receiving instructions in Red districts by putting them in writing.

I don't put it past people to do this - my sister has pics of something similar in PA, tho not at a polling station - but from the comments, there's no cell phone footage so far, which strikes me as... Odd. Or apparently, noise ordinance complaints? It was a residential neighborhood.

Initial thoughts is this did not go on for 2 hours. Not that it matters - 2 minutes is too farking much.

spark plugs are cheap.

A chunk of brick is cheaper still.

Don't really have any plausible deniability if you're chucking bricks at vehicles.

An absurdly small chunk of spark plug ceramic will shatter plate glass and looks an awful lot like road debris.

Not that I'm suggesting anything.

Thoughts I never needed in my head as an already nervous traveller. 0_0

ninja rocks. Plenty of youtube vids.

Used to keep them in my gear bag for extrication. Faster and cleaner than using a halligan and no risk of overpenetration or it bouncing back at you.

Had a rookie cop get all excited to use his asp to take a window when our old captain just sidearmed one past him and shattered it all.

Now I remember reading about spark plug ceramics a LONG time ago.

NM Volunteer: I take it the voters forgot to bring buckets of random roofing nails and drywall screws.

Won't make the same mistake twice.

a Katana is much easier to wield. A claymore is damn long and rather heavy.
