Barfmaker: ArkAngel: I don't see anything wrong with ghost kitchens. The restaurant I work at has several: mac and cheese, wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches. We only do it to go, but it helped us recover after the pandemic caused us to close. Only problem on my end is that all the new product is taking up shelves in the freezer that are supposed to be for my section.

What's a ghost kitchen?

"fast-casual chain"... "drive thru"... Salad Kitchen.

Are you farking serious? People wonder why I don't eat out? Why would I bother with schitt like this?

I just picked up a 1lb bin of "spring mix" salad at Costco for $5. I've got other vegetables, beans, HB eggs, (fark bean sprouts), ham, home made bacon, croutons, dressings, blah, blah, blah...
Why the hell would I drive thru for a salad made by ghosts?

And what the fark is "fast-casual"? Sounds like the name of a cruisy public restroom. Same rules apply: you must enter/exit with pants on and you have 5 minutes (sauce on your side). GO!!

Huh?

if you're going to let a typo slip by that early in your article, I'm not going to bother with the rest of it.

Dang!  You tell 'em!
