(ESPN)   Former Packers dish on how Aaron Rodgers is whimsical, spontaneous, chem-trail conspiracy theory kind of guy. Wait a sec, what was that last one?   (espn.com) divider line

Sweet Jeebus the chem trails was only part of the weirdness.  I'm ashamed at myself for hoping that any of these athletes ever turn out to be something more than idiotic, self-centered frat boys.  For Rodgers, this is presumably before a series of concussions scramble his brain.

Also...TKE?  If you can't go greek, go TKE.  If you can't go TKE, go home.

That was pretty mild. Woo ran rampent on my dad's side of the family so I might be immune though.

LordBeavis: If you can't go greek

I thought rumor had it ARonRon knows a lot about going Greek.

I seriously want to hang out with Ay-Ay-Ron now.
Dude seems like he'd be a manic partier.

I thought it was common knowledge that Rodgers was more than a little out there.  Yeah he's kinda weird, but the interesting, oddly fun weird.

I wouldn't say that Rodgers is weird, its just that his Berkley Californianess is just out of place in Green Bay. From him playing guitar, scotch drinking, unusual off season travel destinations, he's just a different type of person that happens to be really farking good at being an NFL QB.
While a lot of GB fans don't like him because of these reasons (and his speaking out on behalf of BLM and other causes) I think he's been our best QB ever. And I sat through Dickey, Wright, Kiel, Dilwig, Majikowski and whoever else in the 80s and early 90s

He knows, and seems to be, very comfortable, with who he is.

Also, if he's throwing hyzers out on the practice field I have to assume he plays a little disc golf.

If Majik doesn't get hurt I think he lifts the team into a playoff team for the duration of his career.

//And we'd never known who Favre was.

I've recently heard Rodgers described as that co-worker who walks into the lunchroom and then everybody abandons their half-finished sandwich and goes back to work.

Those are definitely the QBs everyone references when they are talking about the best Green Bay QBs ever.

Lame Story Bro:

I had two cousins in TKE at UW Madison.  My brother goes up for a college visit his senior year of HS and spends the weekend partying with that.  My parents go to pick him up Sunday morning and my mom opens the door to my cousin's room to collect him and my brother sits up, sprints directly to the bathroom down the hall and starts throwing up.  My cousin looks at my parents dead-pan and says "I think he had some bad pizza last night."

My mom didn't speak to my cousin for 2 months after that.

Also Lame Story Bro:

I had the same experience when I was a senior in HS except my cousin took me out for breakfast on Sunday morning so my parents got to the TKE house early while we weren't there.  They go to the next room over to ask where we are as there's a group of 6 people doing bong rips as the girl had just taken a hit and slowly tries to lower the bong beneath her chair without being obvious about it.
