I am a fan of Under the Rainbow. Carrie was hot, Chevy was not (a visible) asshole, and there were plenty of little people. What more could a kid want.

Only Carrie Fisher could insist that a man-sized mock-up of a Xanax pill be featured at their funeral (and as soon as Mark Hamill saw it, he probably burst out into laughter while saying "Only you, Carrie!!").

I usually don't get too upset when a famous person dies. Yeah, it sucks I won't get to enjoy new movies or music or whatever from them, and it's sad for their family, but it isn't like I knew them. It wasn't a member of my family or one of my friends is dead.

But this one was different. She was my princess. When her name came up in the end credits of TLJ, it was suddenly very dusty in that theater. I'm still not ready to watch Bright Lights and her and Debbie Reynolds.
