I was so fortunate to finally see King in concert when he came to town a few years before his death. He had to play the entire show sitting down, but he still brought it heart and soul. It was a night to remember.

I love BB King and Wendell Pierce! I saw his run in Death of a Salesman in London. Can't wait for this.

I have never not enjoyed Pierce's work. I have never not enjoyed hearing from or about BB King.

King had great talent, excellent hustle and good timing. But if this is going to be a standard biopic, what was King's low point from which he must redeem himself?

Additionally, it seems King may have had some issues with he project if he sued them. I would want to know BB was cool with it before I lay down any cash. Not all biographies need to be authorized, but if BB had an issue with it, that is good enough for me.
