I'm gonna go out on a limb here but there's no other explanation. It has to be...Antifa. They are now seeking to blow up the elderly to stop them from voting for trump. In fact, once my theory gets to twitter, it might be that Joe Biden orchestrated the whole thing, to cover up for the devastating laptop, which was likely in the assisted living facility where Hunter sold drugs to unsuspecting computer repairmen. From Delaware.

Did one of the residents get restless and want an adventure?

Did some resident want to prove to their kids who forced them in there it wasn't safe?

Did some grandpa pwn some n00b kid in CoD so the kid called in a bomb threat?

I'm serious.  Who would do that?

I've been wondering the same thing. Hopefully we'll get a followup story. These questions - and many others - will be answered on the next episode of Fark.

When I lived in Minneapolis, I ran across a man trapped in a stalled electronic wheelchair in the railroad tracks by Hiawatha.  Unfortunately, the char also powered the computer the man used to communicate.

Me being dense, it took a while before I figured out that he was staring at me and kicking the lever to disengage the clutch so the chair could be pushed off the tracks.

I found out later that some bystander had the presence of mind to call the police, who then called the rail dispatcher, so the situation was less dangerous than it seemed at the time. Fortunately, the police dispatcher also called a local medical supply store who sent someone by with a spare battery.

It was a memorable day for me, but just another barrier to access for him.
