Rode past 2 of my neighbors (2 blocks over) last night and

one was saying: "I guess Florida isn't even playing"

T'other said: "Well Tennessee and Alabama are playing"

I said nothing but thought "Pretty, pretty sure that Nick Saban tested positive sports fans..."

Dumbasses.

But of course UF wants games to go on. Games mean $$$ plus they need to justify (ha!) paying their head coach beaucoup bucks

Good thing that they don't have costs for players to worry about.

Was Trump holding a superspreader in Gainesville last week?

Yeah. This was totally predictable. The same thing has been happening for months. But they never learn. It's like re-watching a movie, knowing how many times you watch it the villain will make the same stupid mistake.

In this case, it is watching a movie once - but the villain intentionally does the same thing that hurts him over and over for the entire film.

"Every time they hand me a loaded gun, I place the muzzle against my balls, and pull the trigger until the gun is empty.  And then, while I am writhing around on the floor in pain, I demand they give me another loaded gun" - for six straight months!

A couple prominent people need to die for them to maybe take it seriously.

Florida isn't the only ones.

Baylor celebrated homecoming this week.  Then had to cancel their game.

As much as I dislike Saban, he apparently tested negative every day after his positive so they're fairly certain it was a false positive test, which isn't terribly uncommon

What's the point of distancing and limiting the number in attendance when all the fans are clumped together on the floor?

There is no need to pile on Mullen.

There actually is.  None of this shiat is new.  None of this shiat is surprising.  Mullen was advocating for 90,000 people to fill the stands so his football team could have an advantage with crowd noise so he could win a f*cking football game.  That puts 90,000 peoples lives at risk for a f*cking game.  It also significantly increases the chances of rapid spread of COVID-19 which might lead to state shutting down, businesses being shut down, jobs being lost and so on.  Because Mullen wanted to win a f*cking football game.

We should all be piling the f*ck on.

Fire him.  We don't need an idiot running the greatest college football team on the planet.

They used multiple independent labs. There are plenty of real reasons to dislike Saban, pick some of those

So, supposedly, Baylor is a great college to go to for a degree in health care ...

Sportsball is more important than people's health. Very Important People™ will lose money (or might not gain as much money as they want) if unpaid college students don't go out and play concussionball for the entertainment of a tightly packed crowd of tens of thousands of unmasked college students.

If you think they allow tens of thousands of college students into games, you are farking delusional.  College students can't pay booster prices for those seats.  If your university gets on the TV more than once a decade, said university limits the number of actual students to the bare minimum needed to let ESPN get a single decent shot of students in the stands.  Maybe a couple thousand at most.  Probably less if they can arrange the camera blocking just so.  The majority of the people in the stands are 1%ers who probably didn't even attend the university, but either live nearby or want to be associated with a team with a winning record.  And they get the added benefit of vicariously getting to watch "their" Negroes get mental and physical injuries for life.
