I wonder how scalable it is. What's shown is enough for seeds to germinate now grow mature plants. I'd use a centrifuge for artificial gravity.

We cant get our shiat together here on earth so lets spend lots of public money farting around in space.

Then whatever we learn we can then privatize the profits here on earth and give them to sit at home stock owners at 15% tax rate.

The public wont mind since most dont even know about it.
