Mr Dick said the deal does not safeguard future jobs at the major airline, but would ensure two airlines would continue to operate across the country.

Could the other airline, which would gouge the out-of-towners be QUANTAS (Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services) which apparently is now based in New South Wales?
