The by far least popular race of the only thing people kinda care about in horse racing and it comes 5 months late as the fall colors come in.

Joke's on you, subby.

You'll be less surprised at the winner when you find out this year's race was run vertically by dropping all the horses out of a plane.

It was a horse, just he had a parachute and was yodeling.

All snark aside, that was a great stretch run.

They dueled for at least a furlong and she NEVER let Authentic get by her.  It reminds me of Rags to Riches and Curlin in the Belmont

Now I want someone to shoop a horse head on the mountain climber from Cliff Hangers on The Price is Right and call it a replay of the race

She's a great little filly and was bought for $35k at auction, lol. She looked impressive today.

I watched her in the Santa Anita Oaks and the Alabama and I was impressed with her finishing in those races. As she showed today she has great battling quality when needed, though the races I watched her run(not in person) she won by 4-5 lengths each and wasn't really challenged. Her 1/2 sister Shedaresthedevil is also a multiple graded stakes winner and almost as good. But that finishing stretch today was something else and if you're a horse racing fan it was worth the wait and messed up race schedule of 2020.

I knew there was another good Daredevil filly active, but I couldn't remember her name.

Funny how horse racing only calls horses half-siblings if they share the same dam

On one hand, patriarchal sport. So they care about the males...

On the other hand... it seems that the best lineages come from the ladies, so it's preferable for breeders to be more aware of the father, and whether he shoots blanks or shiats Potoooooooo

The fastest animal in the world is a horse at terminal velocity.
