Linie Aquavit (Norway) is pretty good, but I prefer Aalborg (Denmark) or Brennivin (Iceland).  I will note in passing that Iceland also has a liquor named Bjork and yes I am too lazy to figure out how to put umlauts and whatnot on those names.  Bjork is "tree-flavored" quite literally, the bottle has a birch branch in it.
