I propose we place 12,000 tiny fans in orbit to defend against our enemies' very large wildfire fans.

Somebody's got to tell Hall to play it cool until the contracts are signed or the price goes up. Although this is some good press that StarLink sorely needed so I'm sure he'll get a good price.

...especially given that SpaceX has been doing their best to accommodate the latter, and will continue to do so as the project continues to expand.
