No they won't. They won't blame Trump or the GOP for any of it. That's why it's a cult. Dear leader can do no wrong even as they are dying of the very thing they were told was nothing big.

Those people believe one simple thing: the virus is a hoax. And when you're armed with that "knowledge," you can do whatever you'd usually do right up until your last Facebook post wishing you had listened to the experts. But they're dumbfarks. None are capable of learning except by direct experience and until it happens to them, it's not real.

I fully support this.  I make it a point to never interrupt my opponent when he's making a mistake.

I drove up to my place in the UP last week and stopped for gas in Mosinee WI. No one in the station was wearing masks and I got dirty looks for wearing mine. Covid-19 doesn't exist there. Also the bathrooms were not open to the public because of Covid-19.

Yep.  I had the same incident on multiple occasions in the Panhandle last week.  I reminded them that some people think it's real.  They hate that.  Without us outsiders coming in, they're able to share in a collective delusion that this problem can't affect them.

According to the Googles,

North Dakota population = 762,000
South Dakota population = 884,659

In both states, 1 case adds more than 1.0 to the cases per million total.

Well, based on my count of attendees (about 40) and the age demographic (mostly over 60) I estimate...

Only two people attending this event will die from the 'rona. Assuming there is someone who is infected there.

When I visited GB in June I wore my mask everywhere. I was told Covid wasn't in GB except when the "thugs" from Milwaukee or Chicago brought it up with them. Also it didn't matter because normal people didn't get it. You know.. the world famous health nuts that live in Wisconsin

Exceptionally young sag award nominees aside, the dakota problem cam be summed up as this:
Take empty prairie. Force a bunch of people to live on tiny scraps of it at gun point. Barely populate the rest of it with shiathole people. Make it a shiathole state. Cultivate blame for any problems of shiathole people running their own shiathole state shiattily onto the people forced to live there. Tell all those shiathole people they're exceptional and strong and they are just, the best there is at everything. Add covid. Enjoy.

I honestly never realized the severity of North Dakota's emergency.

I live in Monroe County Wisconsin. With afew exceptions, I am in the minority anywhere I go with a mask on. People I chat with are completely dumbfounded that I haven't been in a bar or eaten in a restaurant since early March. Hell, the mayor of the town near me was the first one to post that is restaurant and bar were open with no restrictions after the safer at home order was killed by the WI Supreme Court. He was literally open later that night.
Van Orden's entire campaign is "Iwas in the army, vote for me!". The GOP always want to run military vets here. He will win the parts of Monroe County that are in the 3rd CD, because of Ft. McCoy and all of the military retirees around it. But, just like the last few challengers, Ron Kind will most likely stomp his ass pretty much everywhere else, and hold the seat.

Well they believe it's a hoax or no big deal. My SiL is completely derped at this point. Most Rethuglicans like her don't even remember Obama trying to appoint Merrick Garland in 2016, or at least their brains can't handle the cognitive dissonance. For that crowd Covid is either a hoax, or in her case, no big deal because it's just the flu.

As a side note, most won't blame Trump no matter what happens, even a kid dying. However on inauguration day, if it is President Biden, then he will immediately be attacked as the cause of everything and no matter what he does it will be a complete failure. I'm guessing that's what the Faux Newz and One Amerika Newz Netwerk headlines will start trumpeting anyway.

This guy is trying to take Ron Kind's seat in congress. I have only seen one ad on tv about him, and just a few signs of him. I see more Trump signs than I do his. Kind is not a progressive liberal, but he is a good guy. He doesn't seem to piss off either side, he just kind of just does his job quietly. I don't think this guy has a real shot to beat Kind. Trump still has a shot of winning Wisconsin.

Also, Wisconsin is having a horrible spike in COVID-19 cases after Labor day, and when the schools started to open up. Evers is begging people not to have parties, and not to go out. He can't close shiat up thanks to the republican controlled state legislative. This state is farked.

from the review: "The subtitle on the cover lets readers know that the book will teach you how to light a campfire, mix a drink, and handle a terrorist, all in the same day. As Beck helpfully pointed out, Van Orden's book is available at all Walmarts."   i'm pretty sure the girl scouts teach those skill too. including how to take out the terrorist if he tries anything funny.

This pandemic has revealed my hypocrisy. I think that health care is around so we *can* do stupid things, like downhill skiing, mountain biking over jagged rocks, camping in Scorpion Valley during Alligator Season. That's what ambulances were invented for. Cost of living, and entirely worthwhile to pay for with taxes.

But these dense, dumb, dupid, dumbass mofos spreading Covid have reached my limit.

Yeah. Sorry. Its like that all over not madison nor milwaukee (sans burbs)

So CSB. Wife got paint from Sherman Williams last weekend in Hartford. Comes back and says 25% of the customers where wearing masks. She was the 25%. Today, she got an email with a 'how was your visit'. She went off about no one wearing masks. Said she's happy to go to Menards in beaver dam because they require it. Didn't have a problem of maskless with their store in beaver dam either.

She's never going back to that store.
